Company Background
With over 15 years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance of cleaning duties at a number of schools in and out of Khayelitsha, Tshetu Nolusindiso Signoria started her earlier years as a cleaner in 2001 as a general cleaner in which she progressed her way to becoming a foremen overseeing all daily activities within the respective cleaning departments.
She has recently retired to pursue and transfer skill within the respective entity T.C PTY LTD to be able to leverage her skill within the sector and create opportunity for marginalized youth within her community and beyond. With her accumulated years of experience and expertise, she wishes to further engage at a level that shall create opportunity for all.
Mission
Tshetu Contracting Pty Ltd seeks to be the catalyst of change in our society and to create employment for people of different age groups. In the execution of the above mentioned principles, our firm strives to provide service excellence, maintaining personal contact with the Client and providing a support service after completion of the projects.

We not only crosscheck their curriculum vitae, but screen their work ethics to further their integrity. We organize up to date training on new methods of construction to all our staff including management staff, supervisors & new intakes before they are dispatched to location and site.
Safety Policy
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees is of vital importance to us, which is why we go the extra mile to ensure that our employees always have their safety wear on.
To reduce the chances of occupational injury, we provide safety wear to all our employees and ensure that, through our site managers, safety specifications are observed and met at all times. The site manager conducts routine checks throughout the day to make sure that employees are safe at all times and that there is no risk posed to their health or safety.
